coach training. According to
79% of respondents to the Chartered Institute of
Personnel
and Development's (CIPD) Annual Learning and Development
Survey who use coaching, 93% believe that having a coaching culture is
important to the success of their organisation.
To allow organisations to build a coaching culture and to
develop internal coaching capability, we offer a range of in-house training
ranging from a one-day Workshop on Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers
to a more intensive internally accredited six-month Coach Development
Programme.
